Outstanding service. We have a large hedge of 20 ficus trees across the side of our backyard for privacy.We have them trimmed every 6 months. We have used multiple landscaping companies over the years. We have never been fully satisfied for various reasons until CM Precision Tree and Landscaping trimmed them yesterday. The things we appreciated the most were: the skill and expertise of Chuck and his whole team, listening to my wife and my input, trimming the trees exactly as requested, and the best cleanup job we have ever experienced. Our experience with CM Precision Tree was very positive. Pedro, Heber, Ozzie, Antonio, and Ashley were all very professional and easy to work with. We had 4 trees trimmed and two removed. They did a fantastic job and cleaned up so well I wouldn't have known they were ever there. I will use their services again, when needed.

Contracted with CM tree service to cut down (2) 40’ queen palm trees, one in front, one in backyard,and leave a 6’ stub to carve up or hang plants from.Also had them trim up (4) other queens at the same time.They showed up early in professional looking vehicles and set out traffic cones and went about their business in a workmanlike manner.When they were done, approx 2 hrs later, did a quick walk with the Forman and everything looked great, no issues at all.Areas were cleaned up of Debra and nothing was displaced or broken.Highly recommend this company.

Within a day of requesting a quote for tree trimming, the owner called us and arranged an appointment for later that day. He spent 30-45 minutes examining the property and pointing out areas that needed attention. He promised to send us a quote shortly, which he did, and then scheduled the work sooner than we expected. The work crew was substantial and thorough, completing the work (including a last-minute request from us to remove a couple firestick bushes) by 4:00 PM that day. We would certainly give them a five-star rating!

I am very grateful for Pedro's knowledge & effectiveness. I have a large Eucalyptus tree over 50 yrs old. It recently became overcome with Australian Leaf Beetles & I didn't know what they were until Pedro explained it to me. I have used this company for years to both maintain my trees and to bring in new ones when I had the landscape redone to reduce water use. They always do a great job be it trimming, shaping reducing or adding new plants. chuck seems to have someone to address every problem. He also has someone to treat sick trees and bring them back to good health! He knows when the plants be safely trimmed and when not to trim a tree. I trust this company explicitly!

Excellent customer service and very professional. I had 14 palm trees trimmed. All trash and clippings were cleaned up and they even used my pool net to get debris that had landed in the water. I would recommend CM Precision to anyone and will definitely use them again.

I only have one small issue. The wood chips from the tree trunk are still embedded in my artificial grass. I know it’s difficult to get out but I did pay a reasonable price and I would like to have those chips gone. If a blower can’t do it it may have to be shop vaced

My insurance company required two trees to be removed to keep the policy. Chuck at CM gave me a good quote and came out yesterday. They removed two large pine trees in the far corners of my property. Trees were over neighbor's yards and needed special care to remove them. They removed them both with no issues. 6 man crew with crane did the job in 4 hours. They did a good job on cleaning up the whole job. I would not hesitate on hiring them again.

Weather (rain) and illness (flu season that affected CM staff) caused delays in getting the work done, but once CM arrived, everything went as well or better than we could have imagined. The work was done expertly; the staff were all friendly, attentive and industrious; and the clean-up was fantastic: none of our plants beneath the trees was damaged! All in all, a perfect experience at a very reasonable cost.

It's not clear to me why you would use anyone else for their services. They know what they are doing, they have massive amounts of appropriate equipment, the staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. My only disappointment is that I wish I had more work for them!

We had a tree that was in a difficult location that needed to come down and another that needed to be cleaned up. We left a message and he came out the same day and gave us a reasonable quote. Then was out the next week.The big tree was braught down safely and cut up they ground up all the branches and left the on site per our request. The smaller tree they trimed and cleaned up all the debris. All said and done there were no surprise costs and they did exactly what we agreed on. They also have an on staff arborist for troubled trees.I would recomend this company for all your tree work.

Second time using CM Precision Tree and Landscape. Just for tree trimming and removal. Very careful workers that are fast and efficient. I had them remove and stump grind two large trees and just today trim and lace two twisted junipers. All went well. However for landscape they never got back to me about pavers. I would hire them again for tree service. Landscape? probably not.

I was thoroughly impressed with the service CM Precision Tree and Landscaping provided. They came out and reviewed the scope of work and provided a fair and reasonable quote to trim my palm tree, bird of paradise, neighbors overhanging trees and removal of a Bougainvillea and Ficus. The work was done quickly and efficiently. They even brought a stump grinder and ground the stumps. They charged me less than half what I paid the previous company I hired and did twice the work! Everything from start to finish was done with complete care and professionalism. I will never use another company. CM Precision Tree and Landscape definitely earned my future business. I just wish I'd found them sooner! Five Star Service!

I couldn’t be more pleased with CM Precision Tree and Landscape Maintenance Inc.I had three large, reputable tree care companies come and bid a very unusual job where I needed the entire trunks of 38 male date palms (Phoenix dactylifera) re-shaped. They had been trimmed with a flat, smooth cut along the trunk prior to installation to make the trunks appear a bit larger and more robust and similar in appearance to a typical Canary Island Date Palm (Phoenix canariensis) trunk, rather than the more typical diamond cut that is the usual, characteristic look on a true Date Palm. The resulting extra outer material along the trunk was much softer and more subject to physical damage and decay, which caused chunks of material to eventually begin to collapse and slough off. The job was to remove the softer, unstable outer material from the entire trunks from the air roots up to the crowns and, if possible, to restore the typical diamond cut on all of the palms.Both of the other two companies which came out to submit a bid, quite reasonably declined to bid on the job, citing that they didn’t know how to effectively approach the work, since this work is typically done from the ground when the trees are laid horizontally, prior to delivery. Neither company had any trimmers who knew how to accomplish this from a vertical, climbing position, with the tree standing up, nor had they (or any of us) heard of anyone attempting this sort of thing before.Chuck Morse, the owner of CM Precision and Pedro Berry-Puebla, their ISA Certified Arborist came out to the site, assessed the job, and agreed that they could accomplish the job exactly as I was hoping. CM was awarded the job.We agreed to have them start on a few palms toward the back, just so we could assess how the trimming was being accomplished, and how the end result was going to look, just in case we needed to switch gears on the process. I came to the site as they began to work on the first few palms, and I could not have been more pleased with the result. To be honest, after my discussions with the other two companies and my resulting apprehension, I was quite pleasantly surprised, and not just a little bit relieved at the excellence of the work they had begun. The trunks looked exactly as I had hoped they would, with all the soft, loose material removed, and prominently exhibiting the solid, knobby diamond cut in place of the old look. Not only did this mitigate most, if not all of the potential for falling material, but upon completion, all 38 palms literally looked like a brand a new installation. The new cuts exposed just enough fresh material to restore the brownish-red trunk color of a newly planted palm without cutting into any live material, and the trimming of the brown fronds from the crowns left a fresh, vibrant reddish-brown and green color contrast that connoted the look of a brand new installation.Only hand saws were used to trim any dead fronds (no chainsaws) in order to avoid any disease transmission to live tissue.As an ISA Certified Arborist of 25 years myself, I will say that in the end, CM Precision and their expert tree care team fully accomplished the very unusual, if not unprecedented request that we presented and which two other major tree care companies were not even willing to attempt, with an end product that met 100% of our expectations at a fair price, and in a very reasonable timeframe.I have, since the completion of this job, entrusted CM Precision Tree and Landscape Maintenance Inc. with a tree trimming job for my parents at their home, (which went equally well).
